  Every time I go in there i feel like they don't want to help you. There is a lady in there that's very helpful tho. Almost every time there phone is off the hook to. Then I can't call in to see if I have a package there so they don't return the dam thing the next day.

  I have never had any issues here until this year. Our package was sent back which it shouldn't have been. It was sent to our p.o. Box while we were on vacation so had I had a friend check my box for me. Our package was delivered there but instead of actually paying attention to our box number on it they sent it back. So when I asked why this lady, Marie (the manager), came up with the worst attitude ever. Said it's to busy for her to look up what box it would go in, even though it was right on the package. It wasn't sent to our street address but our p.o. Box. Pure laziness. Completely disrespectful in every way.

  Mail bring sent back to sender for no reason. We have a p.o. box. Packages will sit in the back with no notification. Employee smells awful. Not professional at all

  I don't even want to give one star I sent a package 2 day air to Virginia in April an it never left tioga now all anyone says is the package is in transit an they are not responsible . So this is an update on said package the date today is sep 18th 5 months later still no sign of package anywhere .Great 2 day air reliability tioga post office . I would assume the guy kept my okley avalanche pack . He soon got transferred to another facility after this package went missing it makes me curious why.
